Blisters on the hull

Last season I noticed several blisters on the port side of my hull. Most of the blisters ranged in size from a nickle to a half of dollar. I repaired the blisters and this year I am having the bottom stripped and I am going to barrier coat my hull. Has anyone else had this problem? I have a 2004 2520xl.

Never experienced blisters on my 1996 model, but my hull was prepped and barrier coated before being bottom painted.
What did your dealer say about the blisters?
