If I was in your shoes id treat myself to a new Suzuki. Their prices are knock out lower than anyone AND you get 6year warranty.... No brainer id say. Treat yourself to 6 trouble free years plus some....

I looked at the Suzuki 200 anybody running them ? The 6 year warranty looks good I was quoted about 19K out the door

I have the 250 Suzi. I run it on a 23 DVCC. Replaced a 250 OX66. However, there is NO comparison. The Suzi is head and shoulders a better motor. Quiet at idle, wonderful growl accelerating, sips gas compared to my old two-stroke.

I have a 23DVCC and am contemplating repowering. My OX66 225 runs great but just think I am ready. Below are the quotes from Doss Marine in SC.

They make two different 250's. They make a df250tx which uses mechanical controls and is a smaller cubic inch motor and they make a digital df250apx which is a digital motor and has drive by wire controls. The analog 250 is around $18,000 installed and the digital 250 is right around $20,000 installed. I am not sure what your boat is rated for but you can go to the digital 300 for less than $21,000 installed with tax and all.
