I may be able to help. I have a 2310 that is rigged with a new bow eye (in addition to the factory one) and two stern eyes with a combination of straps and chain coming together right behind the front seats. Our club has a single point hoist and I have a velcro opening in my sunbrella where the hook comes down through and lifts her up perfectly.
I and my helper spoke with Parker about 7 years ago and they helped out and then it was trial and error to find where the 'pick point' would be in order for the boat to be level when it is hanging.
All products were purchased from Consolidated Wire and Rope in Long Beach, CA, they rig hoists for all the boats in Los Angeles Harbor and have everything you need, the place is insane.
Anyway, on the 2 stern eyes I have straps coming out and then a small length of chain with shackles. On the bow I have a small lenght of chain coming through the anchor locker and then strap through the cabin and out the door and then chain again to the main connecting point.
Befoer the chain we used stainless cable and one day I was lifting it and BAM, the cable snapped and the boat crashed down to the trailer, thank god it was only a foot or 2 off of the trailer. Later learned from consolidated that if you use stainless cable you have to triple the gauge as it is not as strong as regular cable.
Let me knwo what I can do to help, it was tough at first but I love it now as the boat does not have to sit in the water and is really easy to 'drop' in.
