captains chair 2005 2320

Hello all, I have a problem with my chair the plastic or rubber piece has broken and the chair just pulls off pedestal. Does anyone know where I can find that part. thanks much. Jimmy Carrabelle FL. and Leesburg GA. :lol:

Try this info if your seat is from wise. If you search my posts I have pictures of the part that broke and was able to get from them.

If it's the Wise seat I just replaced my block and bushing with wise. Email Karen Clark at Wise. She is fantastic to deal with. I sent her pics of my seat and she figured out the part numbers and sent me the block and bushing for $15

I needed some bushing that wore out on my Wise chairs and called into customer service.

They mailed me out replacements free of charge.

HATS OFF TO WISE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE
