Carver Cover for 21' Parker Center Console

Like new,navy ,sold my 1999 DVCC and kept this hoping it would fit my Jones Brothers Cape Fisherman 20. It fits but not perfectly so Ill offer it for sale. Carver # 70021P, 8oz., Performance Poly Gard. Covers the transom mounted outboard motor. Cover is perfect was $379 + tax,s/h paid around $400. Asking $250.

Is it meant to go over a T-top ?....over a bow rail?

Sold my 21 DVCC so no pics, sorry. It had no bow rails, no t-top and a leaning post. All the info is on the Carver site just plug in the model #.
