Changing (all) fuel lines on 1999 parker

Just noticed that my fuel vent hose is starting to develop small cracks near the inboard connection to the fuel vent. I would assume it is a good idea to change out all fuel related lines/hose as the boat is 11 y/o, and the effects of ethanol are killer.
Has anyone did this project themselves?, is it a back breaker?, any tips, suggestions as to performing this project?
Any help would be appreciated.
