I have been working on our 2007 2320 SC for about 3 weeks now,and decided that it was time to register on the site that is on the top of my "Favorites" list.Bought the boat at the Seattle boat show in January, had it barged up here to Juneau(Southeast Alaska),and have been faithfully shovelling snow off since its arrival. We have received approx. 195" at sealevel since Thanksgiving.Anyway, this is our second Parker--had a 17' Parker in the early 90's, sold it to my youngest brother, then a 22' Grady, then a 26' Grady, now the final boat-the 2320.(thats what I keep telling her) I was able to put it in the shop at work and get 2 coats of Collinite on it,antennas, safety equipment, anchor, etc, last weekend but it hasn't touched water yet! It's got the F250 and an 8 HP "kicker" for salmon trolling, and plan to use it for halibut fishing, king crab and shrimp pot hauling, and getting out to the favorite deer hunting locations. Glad to be onboard.

Welcome and good luck with your new Parker. The cabin models are perfect for Alaska. I was up in Ketchikan many years ago and there were 4 Parker 2520s in one of the marinas, I think they were DEC boats. I was surprised to see them so for from their NC builder.

I hope you break her in with a 300lb. Halibut.

Welcome aboard Mike!

You probably have a few more weather issuses to deal with up there than the rest of us.

And you'll probably have to make some interesting Mods to your Parker to help you enjoy her! Like......a heater in the cabin......and........a bigger fishbox to hold the 1000 lbs of Salmon you'll be catching

OK then... I'll quit complaining about our extended winter weather down here.

Show us your Parker!
