I have seen a couple techniques including Warthogs glue gun idea, I just don't have a glue gun.

So after a little noodling, this is what I came up with. Cut a plug bigger than the B60 hole but smaller than the hole saw, so it doesn't contact the hole saw. Cut another scrap piece of wood bigger than the B175 hole. Drill 3 or 4 holes in the small plug so you can send screws from one piece of wood into the other, inside the perimeter of the B60 hole. The screws inside the perimeter of the b60 hole keep the plug centered within reason.
Have an assistant hold the inside piece or just pre-drill all the holes through both pieces if you don't have an assistant. I didn't have one, and it wasn't bad.. Number the holes so you can hit the matching holes. I have a drill press so the holes were square.
Cut your new 3 3/4" hole! Hope it helps. Really simple.
