Damaged Hurricane Sandy Boats

Hello,
I'm new to this forum. I've been looking around and I'm quite enjoying this site. However, I have a question for the boating community. Do you guys have or know any one, who has a fairly fair/ damaged Parker? I'm currently 16 years old and I would like one. I'm in Vocational School for Small Boat engines, Inboard and outboard. In Vocational school, I also specialize in winterizing, electrical work and fiber glass repair. I can pretty much do it all. I would use the damaged Parker in the Shop at Vocational School and also at home to strengthen my skills at home and in the Marina where I work. The boat doesn't have to be in running order but at least have a engine. Thank you guys for taking the time to read this. Please leave all feedback on the post with any link etc. I also live in New Jersey on the Coast. Also, I would offer a good amount of money depending on condition of the boat.

A damaged boat is not inexpensive to repair. That also goes for a FREE boat.

Yes I understand where your coming from. Every part you buy and materials are VERY expensive. The school has concentrated on repair......but who's fronting the bank roll? At age 16 I hardly think that would be doable.

Especially since a car/truck would be in your near future. Girls want someone with wheels and not a bicycle.

You might see a project that meets your criteria.
Project boats do come up from time-to-time.
