Dash board plates?

I'm looking at some pictures of everyone's rear stations. I see some guys have these custom dash plates where the start/kill and dead man are mounted on. It makes the whole thing look neat. Does anyone know where I can get plates like this?

The ones you see on 2nd stations are usually a stock Parker item. You can order the plate, start/stop switches and the kill switch. You should also get yourself a OEM (Yamaha, Mercury or BRP) standalone trim switch to add. The factory doesent offer that on their factory installed 2 station setup with the Morse chrome control boxes.
