diesel replacement.

have replaced 4.2 lt. 250hp. with 4.2 lt. 320 hp. went 1.8 on the bravo 3 gears.At this time , with the first first sea trial cannot hit peak rpm 3800, can only hit 3300, any one running this eng. , would like to know prop size. Did not check all simple causes yet.
