Left Hampton late Sunday afternoon solo heading into a pretty stiff breeze going to buoy 13 first. There were about 4 boats there, I looked for marks but did not see any so I headed over between 8 and 10 in about 20 feet of water. It was very rough. had clam and hard crabs out. I caught and tagged 2 fish with in the first 30 minutes, both reds and both 45 inches on crab. First time netting a fish solo in this boat, it was a challenge considering the conditions. Started to pull anchor before 7 to go back to 13, to rough to stay where I was at in the dark by myself. It took about an hour to get the anchor up, thought I was going to have to leave it. Went over to 13 for about 3 hours, did not have a bite. Pictures are from phone, not great I was trying to stay in the boat.
