[Double Trouble]

1998 Parker w/2007 twin 150HP Etecs. Motor will crank, motor tilt works, all gauges work, but the switch panel does not. Running light is on even when turned off. If the top switch is bad will it affect all others? Any suggestions?

It shouldnt affect the rest. You need to get your voltmeter out or go to home depot and get one and check that you are getting power to your panels up front. Check that the connection from the battery is still good. It might be getting enough to turn on the light but nothing else. being an older boat you might have some corrsion. Should be pretty obvious once you get in there. Typically only 1 of the batteries goes up to the dash. Im assuming with twins you have a minimum of 2 batteries.
