I need a windlass for my 2520 MV (diesel).
I really like the idea of the EZ-Anchor puller, due to the simplicity of the drum set up.
I know at least a few people on the board have this winch set up. I was hoping to find out which one they had and if they still liked using it?

Also, the capacity looks a little low. I would like to carry about 300' of rope and 30-50' of chain. I was going with 5/8 rope and 5/16 chain but it doesn't look like the EZ Anchor puller will hold that much.
Any idea how much rode you have?

Thanks in advance,

Peter

I had one on my Striper I sold to get the Parker, it was the best, works great , we loved it , the Parker came with a nice windless !

300' of 1/2" anchor line and 25' of 3/16" chain attached to a HydroBubble 35SA "Captains Choice" anchor.

It has been plenty of anchor and rode for my 2520 MVSC.
