Upon season end maintance I had my dealer look at my helm unit that has been acting up a bit. The dealer suggested I contact Seastar myself for replacement and may have some luck. I was pleasantly supprised when SeaStar told me that for PARKERS they will honnor 3 years for warranty!!! :D A new unit is on its way to me, just have to return old unit. Very fair deal IMO vs. to the cost of a new helm.
 
good for you and that would be good news.

...............i was 2.5 years out on my 2006 2320 and they said "no" to warranty. had to pony up $400 for a new helm.
 
All worked out well. Seastar sent new helm, just had to send the old one back and had dealer swap out and power purge the lines.Seastar also sent a free jug of fluid too. Easier to have dealer do it than even think of asking the wife to help bleed the lines. :roll: :roll:
