I have a 2003 2520 - bought a Garmin 740s recently and noticed there is a screen for engine data though I have not connected anything to the engine. I have a Yam 250 HPDI - any clues on how to connect the 740 to the engine? This may be a project for the dealer. Thanks.

We picked up a Simrad NSS8 last year and wanted to do the samething. Based on what Yamaha reps told us at 2 different boat shows Yamaha did not provide engine data like that until model year 2006. Are engines are 2005 so no good.
