I'm looking to mount something in the v-berth area to store things such as bug spray, sun tan lotion, hand held VHF, etc. A shelf of some sort, but with sides high enough to keep them from being thrown out while under way. If you look at this photo borrowed from "Parker" Brad's boat, I'd like to mount one or two along this "lip" where the v-berth lights are located. This "lip" runs pretty much the perimeter of the entire bunk area and I think offers a good area to work with as small things can be thru bolted given the rear access to the area. Any ideas? I was thinking of swinging by Target, Home Depot, etc to see what I can find.
