installed rod holders along transom of my 2520XL

I have been wanting some extra rod storage plus I have always wanted a rod holder center of the transome so I can troll an extra bait directly behind the boat. I found this transom mount rod holder from Taco. It is pretty cool because it comes in 3 pieces and the fittings are splined so that you can rotate the rocket launches to accomodate any transome angle. Well it will not fit on the rear transome as it would interfear with tilting the motor up. So since it is splined I actually spun the launcers around 180 degrees from the way they were meant to be installed to save some room and installed it on the inside of the transom. I bought it on line for 175 bucks and I like it. They come in 2, 3 or 4 launchers. Whatchathink?

That would also be useful for holding my LTJ rods when drift fishing and re-locating the boat.

Yes and it would be good for mounting cutting tables also. I purchased it from wholesale marine but the next day I noticed they took it off their web site, but there are alot of sites that sell them. Wholesale marine also have another great deal. 1/2" X 25' double braided docklines for $17.00 ea, I bought 6 new ones for the boat, When I was in west marine yesterday i noticed their price on a 1/2 x 25' double braid dockline was $29.99 ea.

Nicly done. My 25XL has the bench seat. No space to mount holders like yours.
