I have a 2120 PH and I took her out the other day in some ruff weather and I noticed I had water coming in at the seam between the top house and the boat hull. Has anyone had this to them? What are the ways of fixing the leak?

Most likely leaking from behind the rubrail. There are threads on the site that explain how to remove the rub rail and reseal. Do a search.

As Miky says... it can be annoying, but it isn't a terrible issue.
Many of us have re-sealed the joint. It's an easy DIY project.

Where specifically are you seeing the water accumulate in the pilot house? It could be a window seal as well. Water can certainly work it's way between the cap and hull. But, I 'd investigate thoroughly before assuming that as the weak link. Do you have any accessories on the roof: rocket launcher, radar, antenna, horns? Water could be getting around there and dripping through between the cored roof into the house, especially if you have speakers mounted inside on the roof. Specifically here:

Sounds like rub rail take the rub rail off in a warm area, try to seal it and put it back on .Too much bumping against the dock will cause that to leak.

I has the same exact leak. I used black silicone to fis it instead of removing the rub rail.
