Can I replace the captains chairs on a 21 foot SE (ones that sit atop the live-well) with the Parker leaning post? Does Parker sell their leaning post or will i have to find a custom one? Thanks for your help.

Yes you can. I did just that earlier this year. It's a slightly bigger job than you would think. I bought a used Parker leaning post from someone off this site for my year 21 SE, the older model leaning post with two pedestals instead of 4 legs. I was hoping I would not have to change the pedestals but the posts are different, as the leaning post pedestals have a support bracket on them. So I had to change the posts, which required new holes to be drilled since the pedestals for the leaning post fell onto a different part of the livewell than the seats. And to remove the seat pedestals, you need to remove the livewell, as each one has a bolt that you cannot get to without removing the livewell from the deck.

I don't know if Parker sells their leaning post as a standalone item, but any aftermarket manufacturer can make you one. You may also find a generic one (from Taco for example) that could fit your needs.
