Looking at a used parker

I am looking at a 1997-2520 used parker. It has an I/O 454 chevy with a volvo penta duo prop. New risers, manifold, and fuel system. What kind of fuel consumption do you all think this boat will get? Also, what should I be looking for on the engine and hull. I don't want to get into a boat that is going to kill me on maintenance. Your help is appreciated.
