Hi, I have been looking to move into a Parker 23 pilot house but a friend sent me a 2310 listing . I don’t have any friends that own one and I have never been on one . I was just wondering about the ride compared to the pilot house . Does it pound a bit in a chop like the pilot houses do? Any feeedback on them would be appreciated
Thanks

I’ve never ridden one but I’ve walked around a few. They’re a beast of a little boat. It’s the same 23DV hull as the 2320 and 2300, so performance wise they’re likely similar. You do sit up a little higher and a little further aft (I think) at the helm, so you may realize a bit better ride from that, but it’s unlikely to be substantial. The newer ones with brackets and closed transoms have a ton of cockpit room. Unless you’re specifically looking for the enclosed advantage of the pilothouse, the walk around will probably do most things just as well if not better.

Thanks for the insight
