Need Help locating B60 'duce on a new 23SE

Just ordered FCV625 & B60-12 from BOE... was wondering if anyone put one of these in a 23SE? Not much room in the bilge and didn't want to cut a hole in a bad loc. before asking for input. What is the min. it needs to be from center line and from transom so it doesn't cause prop turbulence? Thanx

I placed my M60 on the portside with a cut out.

Sorry, I don't know how the bilges compare from the 23', but here is the installation on my 2120. Also, here's a link to the installation guide with proper locations.
