I happened to attend a wedding yesterday at a place on the eastern shore that had a marina right next door.
Check out the Parker 2520XL that I saw in her slip... Pretty sure she was being used as a 6-pak charter.

Take notice of the number of rod holders, and the pair of giant 3-board planer boards stored on the top underneath the Furuno open-array radar.

Yea... I think I counted 24, but I might have missed a few because I didn't go all the way down the dock to the boat.
Crazy man...

Eleven holders on the fantail? Maybe each bait in his dredge has its own rod?!

Actually, each rod is allowed 2 baits with hooks. Most folks that I know run tandem rigs.
That would be 48 baits hanging off those monster planer boards.

one hooked, angry bluefish and you'd have a braid and mono scarf to wear for the winter!

Maybe they are actually used as a short-range missile launching system! Either way it the captain's preference and it looks kinda cool.
