Just told from Tri-State that the new 34 will be at the in the water at the Annapolis Power boat show in Oct !

The total price is about 275k marked down to 255k and no names but the sales guy there was disappointed it was not under 200k

Also note the Yamaha 250 now is fly by wire only for 09 , no more cable so add another 4k to your new 4 stroke 250.

4k for fly by wire????? On an optimax it was like a grand more then they reduced it to like $500 more.. I did like it though. Also,I was quoted 3500 more for a 300 zuke over a 250 suke and that included the fly by wire on 2 control stations and 50 more hp of a more desired motor. If Yammie thinks they are getting 4k for fly by wire, they are on crack. I had it on my OptiMax and LOVED it but it isnt worth 4k....

(I am sure those costs would kill them in them in the repower market -- good think they have deals to keep them on new boats that dont give their customers options  )

You can't make a boat out of used cooking oil... :)

Not even close...the motor went up about 5-700 at retail, and figure that the digital controls will be 4-700 more, depending on specific controls.
