Just joined the board and just got a 2005 2320. I may be new to the board but I'm not new to Parkers. The 2320 was bought new by my Brother and I have spent many hours out with him fishing in it. He's moving out of the country so I decided to move up to his Parker from my 20ft SeaCraft.
Since the boat's electronics were a little dated I updated them to Raymaine E7, 4kw radar, and a through hull transducer. Lucky for me my Brother's friend installs electronics for multi million dollar yachts in Ft Lauderdale so it was professionally installed at a fraction of the cost. After helping install the electronics and cleaning up the boat in Ft Lauderdale I took it back up to Pensacola, FL where I am stationed as an advanced helicopter flight instructor with the Marines. So far I have taken it out on one fishing trip where we lost a Wahoo but landed about 50 mahi. Shortly I'll be taking to the oil rigs off Venice, LA. I've already caught yellowfin tuna off the rigs with my brother a couple years back in the boat, but it will be the first time as my boat.
