new parker owner

I'm about to take possesion of a 2310 parker and have a few questions.The horns on the hardtop are loose ,does anyone have a solution?The owner says they continue to do so and he hasn't been able to find anything that works other than to keep sealing.I also need the locking mechanism for the door to the cabin.The survey showed no water in the hardtop but i can't see how it will stay that way with those horns.

5200 and bigger screws or through bolt.

Better yet change their location before they ingest water and stop working.

What year hull?

I believe those horns are made by Ongaro Marine.
