New raw water pump install

Installed a new surflo pump this weekend on my 2310. Man, you have to be a contortionist to get to it thru the access door. It was located port side under the batteries. I thought the battery platform would be removable but no. That would have made things a whole lot easier. I did move it over toward center a bit to make it more accessable. Was that the original factory location? Where do you guys have your pumps?

Mine is in crapola spot too, on the port side, above the battery, nearly inaccessible, but I know it can be done. Probably need to be a bit of a contorsionist.
