I have owned a 20 Grady CC, and a Mako 228 Cuddy, I have finally found the boat I have always wanted, PARKER. I recently purchased a 2002 21SE with a 150HPDIwith 280hrs. The boat has a T-Top and a full tank of gas. During the sea trial with the broker and myself on the boat the boat was turning 4900RPM at WOT. I assume that the full tank of gas, the 2 ft chop, and the lack of playing with the trim and trim tabs have something to do with it. Is 4900 RPM under these conditions correct. I have done all but sign on the dotted line and pick the boat up on monday.
The boat has had one owner and has been fully serviced by the parker dealer every year of her life with all paper work to show results.
Thanks, Mike

Welcome to CP. You must post some pics when you buy. I will respond to your question but have some homework for you too. It does not sound like you are propped quite right based on your comments. You should be getting 5500 rpm at WOT. If it ran good in all rpm ranges and there was no sluggishness then I am guessing you are over propped a little. Playing with T&T and Tabs will not gain much more than 200rpm at best. Please look at the prop and tell us what the diameter and pitch is. If this boat is priced right move ahead before someone else jumps on it. They sell quick and with the low hrs on the engine is very attractive. I just sold my 21SE and bought a 23DVCC. If you have any questions feel free to PM me with your number and we can chat.
