Parker 1801 Siderails

I've got a 2006 Parker 1801 which I really like but on occasions I
would like to have higher gunnels....Has anyone every tried adding
side rails like are on the 19ft Whaler Montauk? I guess you could even
have a set made that would fit in the rod holders and could be taken
on and off....any thoughts on this subject?

I would think that something like that could easily be fabricated by a local pipe-bender, and made to your specifications.
It could probably be made removable without using the rod holders. :wink:
