went by the local dealer today and saw a new parker with the graphics "commercial hull" printed on both sides.

stopped in.... its a bare bones skeleton. rub rail attached with visible screws, no cleats, no console. same gritty floor to keep clean.
neat modification for the scuppers.

nothing on parker web site. anybody know anything about it, pricing, options, sizes etc. etc.

Interesting...

Boston Whaler has had a 'commercial' line for years (the Guardian series) that is used mostly by public safety. Maybe Parker is looking to move into that, or the commercial work boat market with this new hull.

What size was that hull Capt John?

I saw it too. I didnt stop and look carefully but if I had to guess, it was a 25 hull, but I could be wrong.

They're available in 21 or 23 hulls, the mod vee, not the deep vee. Aimed more at inshore commercial fishermen, I would guess.

There you go. I guess its true that boats look bigger on land than in the water.

I'll have to ask Boatron if that one will be at the October show in Annapolis.
I'd like to get some photos.

Tri-State has two at the store right now, one in front of the entrance.

If you go to Boattrader.com you will see complete pictures of both when doing search for Parkers for sale, these are from Northfolk,VA.

Like the 34', Parker is targeting more stable markets when boat sales are slow in the private market "diversify or die" Looks like good business tactics. Most of us are not your average boat owners...we use our boats and are more interested in functionality than fancy frills.

Not a bad deal 21 and 23 both bare bones , I was Quoted 10 k for the 21 and 12k for the 23. Great Price and very solid hulls just remember , no motor ,batteries ,console, no nothing. I will get pics of the 21 this week.
