Peelinpaint on motor bracket

I have a 2002 Parker 2520.
The paint is peeling off the motor bracket.
I plan to wire brush off all of the loose paint and repaint it.
Is there a off the shelf paint that is the right color or do I need to get a custom blended paint?

Do your research on this job as there are paints out there that will actually make the pealing even worse. I have a friend that owns a boat yard and he was asked to repaint the pontoons on a pontoon boat. The end result was that he used a primer that caused the pontoons to start pitting. He ended up having to put in an insurance claim and then he purchased the boat. I am not sure what kind of paint to use but if it is an Armstrong Bracket then get in touch with them just to be sure of what to use. Hope this helps you and that the job goes well. Peter

My OEM paint is peeling from the bracket on my '06 2320 as well.
