Plastic Scratch Remover and Polish

What is the best for cleaning and removing scratches from CC windshield?

310 and 311. One is a scratch removing polish, and the other is a cleaner. I use the polish at the end of the year followed by the cleaner and hang the curtains up separated by sheets. At the end of each year, I repeat.

I don't know for sure, but a Google search turned up these products.
It appears that many of them are used in the aircraft industry.
