Price check on a Used 2310

I may be looking at a 2010, 2310 w/a, with Yamaha F250, approx 100hrs, usual list of features, however, the seller is kind of vague when I asked if the boat has a f/g hardtop. Says there is a hardtop, possibly referring to a bimini type. No trailer.

What would be a fair price, if this boat is ad advertised? Asking in the neighborhood of 52k, and so far, all I can find to compare this price to is the NADA guide, which comes in about 5k lower than asking.

Any insights would be appreciate, also any suggestions as to other websites, or sources of info, that would help me determine a fari price. Thanks in advance, Cycler.

Bought a 2007 2310 DV (Hard Top) last fall with a trailer F250 all options radar etc paid $42.500 motor has 425 hrs. Boat is very clean hope this helps
