Questions w-Tackle draws and inside rod storage for 2520XL?

Before I get started on a few "must do" projects, does anyone have detailed plans on converting the rear starboard seat small tackle draws into 4 larger starboard deeper draws? One of my first projects I'm working on,( with pencil) since I haven't quite yet taken ownership.
Thinking about 3/8 or 1/2 " "XL" starboard, then fronts in 1/2". 4 draws, 3" high.17x 14-18" deep.

Also, much more difficult is rod storage in cabin, or pilothouse for 6-7' rods. Thinking overhead, possibly on a angle to fit. Going to be tricky.

check my post on rod storage...it may not exactly work in your newer layout, but it *is* a cheap option.
