from my experience the controls arent really the expensive part unless you get into twin configurations. That being said they want 2000 to have a big hole in your boat and two starboard clips? hmmm. Im pretty sure if you did separate shift and throttle controls like some on here have done it would be much cheaper. Now add a helm, wheel, start stop buttons...not a fan.

I think I will take a pass on that option! The most expensive part of the second station is not the controls, but the steering unit.

No thank you Bo. I like my (real) rear station much better.

I guess Bo don't know.....

I think he is aiming at the budget minded, which isn't a bad thing...

Trouble is, not everyone knows that spending a little more now is better than costly regrets later.

You are right but the prices he quotes are way out of wack!!

$3000 for a pass thru? On a single you could do the whole thing for alot less, self installed.

As far as I'm concerned, when I'm offshore 60-100 miles, the last thing I feel comfortable with is "pulling a pin" to remove my whole entire throttle....it would just really bother me...and 2500-3000 is ridiculous, id rather have awesome underwater lights or an autpilot (since i dont have either!)

I paid less than 3K on my complete rear station from the dealer when I purchased it. Installed!
