I had JT Hale fishing with me last night. We went after work so we did not get over to the breakers between Smith and Fisherman Island until right at sunset. First time over there so I only had a few minutes to look around and set up. It has changed from last year. Had a run just after getting lines out and that one came unbuttoned. 40 minutes later had next run. Fish crossed lines, went under anchor line, under the boat and then I finally got it so JT could get it in the net. 47 inches tagged and released. Water temp got up to 61.3 at end of out going. Current turned temp started falling and lots of weeds. No more runs other than sharks. We headed in just before 11.
