Hi all. I am in the process of refurbishing parts of the boat (currently replacing the old wood trim/doors with starboard) and was looking at my next mini-project.

The small windows inside my cuddy (1991 2110) are in need of some TLC. Especially the screens which are discolored. Is there a relatively painless way to remove the window itself and then disassemble? I am looking to clean/repaint the window frame and clean up/polish the glass. I also want to replace the screen that is build into the unit.

Is it a matter of unscrewing the frame and maybe pulling away some old sealent? Is this an option or am I limited to buying a repalcement windown?

Thanks in advance.
