Ride of 2100 SE

I am looking at purchasing a used 21' SE center console and was wondering if anyone in MASS/CT/RI area has experience with one in some of the local sounds. I would be using it primarily in Cape Cod Bay, Vineyard, Nantucket and RI sounds. It seems most reviews suggest the lower dead rise could be an issue. I don't expect to plow through rough seas but wondering if any owners have had concerns or can share some experience. Will be used for fishing with my 4 boys. Would consider a 23' but budget wise, gotta stay with the 21' for now.
