I have a 22 pound Delta anchor and I find that for some reason, this anchor hangs up on the bottom more than usual.
My previous boat had a 14 pound Delta and I don't remember it ever hanging up. Now I do have a longer chain rode than my last boat.
My question is:
I want to connect the swivel to the plow end and then run the chain along the shaft and then zip tie it to the other end.
Has any one done this?
What do I use to secure the anchor to the chain? a zip tie or monel wire?
