[SOLD] I have a pair of Parker combo drink/rod holders that were 2 months old when I removed that that you can have for $20 plus shipping. The bases are black plastic that Parker chooses to use with a chrome Parker cover and they are discussed here. I for one would not use them for heavy trolling rods but probably good for light stuff.
