Hi 2007 2310 seat issue. Has anyone ever had the black plastic retainer in the bottom of the seat tube break? It has 2 holes and attaches to the bolts with the small springs.This part puts the tension on the seat so it can be locked into position. If so where can these be purchased

Hi Ray try searching my post on Wise Seat Parts. I believe you have the same part that broke on mine. I have replacements coming this week from wise directly for $15.00.

Don't want to ruin your day BUT I called wise direct at 1-800-759-5769 got transferred to customer service. They sent me 4 for free. Called dealer they only sell a complete base different design for $135 ea that's a lot if all 4 need replacement!

Glad it worked out for you.....free or not it was still cheaper than replacing seat...
