Some bad news -

Just found out that, over the Thanksgiving holiday, Grouper Jim's (Mango Tango) mom has been diagnosed with a terminal illness. Doc's don't give her long... a week, maybe a little more.

I know this is a personal matter and perhaps I shouldn't be saying anything but I know he relishes the relationships he has developed with the members of this and other forums.

I pray that the Doc's are wrong and she lives on. I pray that GJ finds peace with whatever God has in store for her. I pray for Jim's Dad, who will lose a partner he's had for many, many, many years....

She crossed the bar on Tuesday, the funeral is tomorrow.

Sorry to hear Jim, I can relate.

Lost my Grandmother the same way in 95. And my father still puffs. :x
