Wayne Collier of Central Marine at 3535 Tyrone Blvd N in St Petersburg (sales location) has received the Parker dealership after the previous dealer in this area retired from the boat business. Wayne says wear your Parker hat and get free Tampa Boat Show (9/11-9/13) tickets at Will Call (under Central Marine).

Central Marine is one of the largest certified Yamaha dealers in the area. They have been in business for a very long time and have a great reputation for outstanding service and great prices on boats. They now carry Parker, Sea Hunt, and Sundance. There are a couple of Contenders left over. Sales number is (727) 347-9999.

Their new service/parts facility is just around the corner from the sales location. They are located at 2501 72nd St N. The service/parts department is HUGE and carries most Yamaha parts in stock. Tom Sandburg the service manager says the current shop rate is $95 hr. There is plenty of room for your boat indoors or outside while awaiting service. Service/parts number is (727) 347-9799

Glad to see it! They are a solid dealer with a great reputation. That's where I bought my Yammi kicker and I got a great deal.

Carl Neiger in the parts department is the best!

It's a good thing no advertising is allowed on the web site.

Point Taken.

Ya Hear that Megabyte !! No more talking about BOE, or Seaspension, or , or , or anyone else that provides a service/product for Parker owners !!!

Dale may feel differently, but I did not view the post as 'advertising'.
It's a new Parker dealer serving the Florida area, and as far as I'm concerned, it was appropriate and done in good taste.

As I said before... Congratulations Central Marine! 8)

I hope that more dealers on both coasts, who have exemplary credentials for delivering excellent customer service, win the right to carry the Parker brand.
When they do, I hope our members will post the news here.

Hey! At least it's a Parker dealer and not a dealer of the "all composite, unlike its' "wood core" counterparts".....that rhymes with fudge.

I'm glad to see it. He must be a bright fellow. Parker is the best boat built, bar none, in my extremely humble opinion. The more Parker dealers in FL means as the Admiral and I travel around the horn from time-to-time we'll have friends along the way.
Good fishing!
