SW Florida motel/house rental??

I am planning to bring my 1801 down to Florida later this fall and next winter for 2-3 weeks. Would like to be based S.W. Florida, ideally Little Gasparilla Island. I am having a heck of a time using Homeaway and VRBO to find a place to rent with a dock, no one is replying. Anybody have any recommendations?
