T-Top with upper control station

I'm Posting for a friend who just purchased a 1999 21SE with this top. He doesn't want a T-top and wants to sell it complete as shown.
It hasn't been removed from the boat (as of today). The top measures 95"L x 78"W, the (folding) upper station is complete with leaning post.
The boat is currently in Lexington SC (Columbia area), but will be heading to the Beaufort, SC area after the Yamaha shop finishes their work.
