Very nice. Good idea to use PVC trim. Probably a lot cheaper than starboard. How did you join it... screws?

Hmmm....then why don't all fabricators use pvc instead of starboard >? Just askin' ..

Used a 4' x 8' Sheet and a few smaller pieces to put this together. I dato grooved all of the pieces. Then used PVC glue and small Stainless trim Screws. A coat of paint to match the Parker color and that's it. It took a buddy and my self about 4 hours to make. It has been in for 2 years and is holding up quite well. About 225 hours of time on the water, still solid! The PVC is so much cheaper that the starboard. So far so good. I would think that if this was out side I think the Starboard would hold up better. But for the cabin this stuff is great.

Feel like making another one ....... That would go real nice in my 2011 2510XL. My only beef about the boat is lack of tackle storage.

Most Lumber Yards will stock this or can get it for you. I may consider using 3/4" will give you a little more beef with Dato joints. At least for the side walls. The 1/2 will work fine for the shelf's and Back. Each sheet should only cost about 90 to 100 . Remember to put a little put a little glue when you put it together. Stainless screws are also easy to come by. If you need anything else you can reach me on my cell (973) 219-0214 Mike.
