As the lower part of the 23' hull is mid-ship, I have to really tilt the boat to drain any rain water. I was thinking about pouring 1 gal of non toxic anti freeze into anchor locker so it would run the length of boat and settle in any low/puddle areas in the bildge. This could help with ice forming, but was conserned about the anti freeze harming anything as it sat in there for the next 5 months.
Thoughts on adding anti-freeze to bildge for winter storage

BTW, I do the same, but don't think my boat holds any water when tilted up a bit.
