I had Hamish Small fishing with me today. We were fishing the Elizabeth River area in south eastern VA. This was Hamish's first time targeting and catch speckled trout. Cold here today so we fished mid morning until right at sun down. We caught a dozen Speckled trout to 26 inches today 4 of which were citation size with Hamish catching 3 of those 4. All but one was tagged and released, Hamish wanted to try one.
