i asked this question on the o/b section but was wondering if anyones has or seen a 2320 with twins, thinking if and when i repower i would change to twins,,115s or maybe even 150s

I know there are at least a couple out here on the west coast. I was going to get one but Parker decided not to make that available anymore (2004 or so). They had some complaints that the stern was a little low and some water would come in quite often. I think if you really want it I would look into the weight of the engines as that seems to be changing for the better. Maybe even E-tec's would help. In this day and age I would probably just go with a single. I do love my twins though.

thanks John, i was thinking 115 E-tecs also, it would be 75lbs less for the pair than yamaha 115s, but 85lbs morel weight for going twins, i have a F225 and a 9.9 kicker but really want twins, also i would have to modify or change my swim step/ engine bracket .

If I already had your setup I would stay with it for sure. Even with twins, if one engine fails you can't get up on a plane and run home. You still have to limp home and the kicker will do that. I have the twins and I like it, but everyone I've talked with that has your setup likes it as well. I would think long and hard (even start list of pros and cons) before I would invest that much money, work and then maintainence money. I don't see the return. That's just my 2 cents, maybe start a thread and ask?

P.S. your boat is 2004? How many hours do you have? You shouldn't have to repower for quite a while right?

thats one problem i have,,leaving well enough alone  but still thinking about it,,thanks for your comments,,also is their any parker clubs or owners that get together on the west coast?

We did have a Classic Parker Rendezvous one time at Catalina. It was a great time for all and I’m sure we will do it again shortly. We all got to climb all over everyone else’s boats and check things out. It was really great to actually be on the boats in the water. It really gave you a good feel for how things work and what everyone might want to add or change on their own boats.

As to clubs, there’s none that I know of. It’s a shame really with all the Parkers we have out here now.

thanks John, let me know when you hear of a get together, would like to see other ideas,,,i just made my cabin door into a bi folding setup, it now lays against the cabin instead of sticking out in the way, also im almost done with some tackle boxes mounted on each side of the door with chairs on them,,ill post some photos,,,,
